What should I bring?
Bring comfortable hiking shoes, light clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera. We recommend bringing a small backpack and plenty of water.
What's the difficulty level?
The hike is moderate. Most people in reasonable fitness can complete it. The 4x4 ride is thrilling but safe for all ages.
Are there age requirements?
Children as young as 5 can join our tours. Seniors are welcome too. We adjust the pace to accommodate all fitness levels.
What if the weather is bad?
We operate rain or shine, but may reschedule for safety reasons. Your booking is flexible—reschedule anytime.
Is swimming allowed?
Yes! The crater lake is perfect for swimming. Bring a swimsuit and towel.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Contact us at least 48 hours before your tour. Full refunds for cancellations, free rescheduling anytime.
