Booking & Deposit Policy
Important: Deposit Required
A non-refundable deposit of ₱950 per person is required to secure your slot. This deposit can be used for rescheduling if needed.
Booking Terms
- Down payment of ₱950/pax will be required to secure a slot.
- Deposit is non-refundable but can be used for rescheduling.
- Upon payment, you will be added to the group chat link and van details will be sent immediately.
- Slots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Those who sent their payment will have a secured slot.
- Bringing of luggage or maleta is NOT recommended. If you bring luggage and compromise the seats allocated for other participants, you will need to pay an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation on the Day of Trip
Cancellations made on the day of the trip shall result in payment of 100% of the tour rate. No refunds will be issued.
Cancellation 1 Day Before Event
Payment will be forfeited and is non-transferable to other events. The deposit cannot be refunded or used for future tours.
Rescheduling
Your deposit can be used to reschedule to a future tour date, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 2 days before your scheduled tour.
Important Guidelines
- Comfortable hiking shoes and light clothing are essential.
- Bring sunscreen, a hat, and a camera.
- A small backpack and plenty of water are recommended.
- Swimwear is optional for crater lake activities.
- Luggage is not recommended due to limited van space.
- Arrive 5 minutes early at your designated pickup point.
- Follow all safety instructions from your tour guide.

Payment & Booking FAQ
Is the deposit refundable?
No, the ₱950 deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be used to reschedule your tour to a different date if needed.
Can I transfer my slot to someone else?
No, the deposit is non-transferable to other people. However, you can reschedule to a different tour date using your deposit.
What if I cancel 2 days before the tour?
Cancellations made 2 or more days before the tour can be rescheduled. Your deposit will be held for rescheduling purposes.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No, only the ₱950 deposit is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour or can be discussed during booking.
How do I know my payment was received?
After sending your payment, contact us at +63 927 613 5307 with proof of payment. We will confirm receipt and add you to the group chat within 1 hour.
